WTC Utrecht – ActiveScore Gold
With an impressive, 70-meter high façade, WTC Utrecht is an iconic landmark situated next to Utrecht Central station. The building won a Gold rating thanks, in part, to its ample bike parking and centralized bike rental scheme.
WTC Utrecht is a modern office building providing a total of 226,042 square feet of high-quality open plan space over 11 floors. As well as an ActiveScore Gold, WTC Utrecht has achieved a BREEAM Excellent rating. The prominently located building offers the largest municipality bike storage in the country, totalling 12500 spaces. Verde – ActiveScore Platinum
Verde SW1 is Tishman Speyer’s new commercial development located in the heart of London’s Victoria.
