Overview
The Arts 47-49 building is located on the inner Brussels Ring road, in the Leopold District, and very close to the EU institutions. There are 7 office floors, totaling ca. 5,000 sqm, and a fitness center (Basic Fit, ca. 2,400 sqm) on the ground floor. Currently, there is only one tenant in the building, therefore the occupancy of the car and bike facilities is low. The building benefits from direct access to the cycling “motorway” (two-way cycle lane across Brussels).
