Global Sports Tower is a commercial development of 24810 sqft, located in Riyadh. The building itself will contain facilities for 30 sports, located within the Sports Boulevard scheme – the boulevard will contain 4.4 million sq m of greenery and up to 50 sports facilities connected by green pathways for pedestrians, cyclists, athletes and horse riders. Occupants choosing to actively travel to and from to Global Sports Tower will have access to 24 occupant bicycle parking spaces, 4 showers, and 68 lockers.
