Financière Saint James is executing a major restructuring operation at 206 Rue Lafayette. It is a real estate complex built around a private interior passage bordered by nine buildings. This ambitious project was designed in close collaboration with the City of Paris, the Urban Planning Department, the Architectes des Bâtiments de France, and the Commission du Vieux Paris. It underpins the creation of a living space of 10,000 sqm, mixing housing, shops, and offices, with many outdoor spaces and a private courtyard.
