Overview
International Tower 1 is a newly constructed mixed-use development offering 1,092,708 sqft of office space. International Towers is Australia’s most progressive workspace, one of the world’s most sustainable commercial precincts, and Australia’s first large-scale carbon-neutral community. Located on the harbour front, the Barangaroo South district will become home to around 1,800 residents and 23,000 office workers and, with more than 50% of the precinct open public space and 100% of the foreshore to be fully accessible to pedestrians and cyclists, it is expected to attract some 18 million visits per year. Occupiers choosing to actively travel to International Tower 1 will have access to 340x secure cycle parking spaces, 428x lockers and modern shower/changing/drying facilities
