Overview
Manhattan is a forward-thinking high-rise building located in the North District of Brussels that was originally delivered in 1970 but was recently renovated. The renovation included renewing the interior of the building, stripping the façade, and adding two floors. This building is an example of best practices in urban regeneration as it demanded less energy and materials for its renovation reducing its carbon footprint during the process.
