Overview

MediaCity is a waterside 37-acre mixed-use property development. The community is part of Salford Quays in Salford, Greater Manchester. The site is home to creative, tech and media brands, three education establishments, food, drink and retail operators, and a dedicated shopping centre. MediaCity is home to the UK’s largest cluster of Net Zero Carbon buildings, it has two dedicated Metrolink tram stops and has held a Green Flag award for the last five years. Active commuters have access to a TfGM Cycle Hub with 532x secure cycle parking spaces, 473x lockers, changing and shower facilities for all genders and users, and the site boasts excellent occupier engagement services through its bespoke travel microsite. MediaCity is operated by a Joint Venture between Peel and Landsec.
