One Portwall Square is a new commercial development located in the heart of Bristol City lead by Nord, providing 33,737 sqft of office space. The building is being designed by Stirling Prize- winning architects AHMM and will be fronted by a public, landscaped square. Bristol is renowned for its high number of commuters choosing to cycle to and from work. This is reflected in the ‘end of trip’ facilities proposed at One Portwall Square. Occupants choosing to actively travel to and from One Portwall Square will have access to 62x secure cycle parking spaces, 62x lockers, 6x shower/changing rooms, and a host of occupier engagement services.
